Nigeria has become the leading country in the fight to eradicate hepatitis.
This year’s Hepatitis Zero Week, which will target the continent of Africa and Latin America, received very significant support from several countries.
There are 435 clubs from Africa participating. Of these, 164 are from Nigeria, the African country with the biggest participation in the project.
Followed by Nigeria, is the Côte d’Ivoire, with 48 and Guinea with 38 clubs taking part.
